Brooklyn Nets Settle Claims of Firings Over Social Justice Talk

The Brooklyn Nets have settled race discrimination claims by Black locker room workers who allege they have been denied full-time employment and fired for talking out about social justice and police brutality, in line with a submitting within the Jap District of New York.

The events “have agreed to settle this case, and are within the strategy of finalizing the settlement papers,” counsel for plaintiffs, Edward Cerasia II instructed the U.S. District Courtroom for the Jap District of New York Thursday.
