Restorative justice resolves alleged assault at Indiana lake

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) – A choose says restorative justice was efficiently utilized in Indiana to remediate a confrontation by which a Black man mentioned a gaggle of white males assaulted him and threatened to “get a noose” whereas at a southern Indiana lake greater than a 12 months in the past.
