Iowa high school walkouts over new laws, bills planned this week

A brand new group of scholar activists from throughout the Des Moines metro, barely greater than a month into its existence, is coordinating a collection of college walkouts this week to protest laws they are saying threatens the integrity of their educations.

Scholar leaders of different current fairness teams in central Iowa shaped Iowa WTF on March 5 and are coordinating walkouts Thursday and Friday. The walkouts are anticipated to contain private and non-private excessive faculties in Ames, Ankeny, Johnston, West Des Moines and presumably Waukee.
